West Sacramento, CA (MPG) - The West Sacramento Fire Department invites the public to the ninth annual Open House at Station 45 on Saturday, October 10^th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Station 45 is located at 2040 Lake Washington Blvd. in the Southport area. Admission is free. Bring the family! It’s a fun and informative day with your local firefighters. Activities include equipment demonstrations, the “Fire Safety House,” “Safe Place” information, a jump house, a slide, a coloring contest, face painting, blood-pressure checks, kids fingerprinting, and free hot dogs.
