The seller permit lottery filing period will be open from March 1-31, 2021. The lottery will be on April 9, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Please mail an Application for Fireworks Lottery with check for $25.00 to the City Clerk’s Office, 1110 West Capitol Avenue, 3^rd Floor, West Sacramento, CA 95691, Attn: Fireworks Lottery.
