WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The CalSTRS Headquarters second tower along the West Sacramento waterfront is taking shape. This expansion project is located at 200 Waterfront Place and is designed to revitalize the adjacent section along 3rd Street. It includes five stories of office space, a parking garage, a lobby, café and childcare center. There will be 228,652 gross square feet of additional office space and an additional 400 parking spaces. Crews are currently working on the 4^th and 5^th floors and will be completing the structural portion of the parking garage in approximately three weeks. More information and additional projects can be found on the City's Major Planning Projects page.
